Requirements In Chandler AZ

• Valid Arizona DC License (PT privileges a plus).
• Strong manual adjusting skills.
• Motivated, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a hospitality view for patient care.
• Work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Coachable with strong communication skills and to follow established systems.

Duties Include

• Performing initial patient exams and re-exams.
• Evaluating progress of care and managing patient cases.
• Taking and interpreting X-rays.
• Delivering care plans.
• Providing spinal and extremity adjustments.
• Collaborating with internal and external healthcare providers.
• Accurately documenting notes, daily.

As a Chiropractic Assistant at Ocotillo Chiropractic, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. You’ll be involved in all aspects of clinic operations, from patient education and flow to supporting the doctors and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This is a high-touch, people-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, service-focused environments. We will provide all necessary training — including Chiropractic Assistant certification — and support your professional growth through ongoing coaching and personal development.

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor and anticipate their needs
• Manage front desk tasks: scheduling, phones, patient intake, and collecting payments
• Assist with new patient orientations and educate patients on chiropractic care
• Record vitals, medical history, and assist with exam intake
• Maintain clean, organized treatment and reception areas
• Cross-train with other clinic roles to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all systems and procedures to support our hospitality-first mission
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing trainings
• Support daily operations as directed by the Office Manager or Doctors
